Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to "consumer health data" as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar laws (including Nevada SB 370). It describes how Oshn Meditation, provided by Ilia Ilinskii PR Novi Sad (Mite Ruzica 3, Novi Sad, Serbia), collects, uses, and shares consumer health data of residents of those states.

1. Consumer Health Data We Collect

  • Mood and emotional state: mood check-ins (mood type, intensity, context, triggers, notes), descriptions of feelings you share to generate meditations, and emotional context from your conversations with the Oshn AI assistant

  • Mindfulness activity: completed meditation sessions, mindful minutes, streaks, and session history

  • Apple Health data, only if you explicitly connect Apple Health and only for categories you approve: steps, exercise minutes, active energy, stand hours, sleep duration, mindful minutes, and State of Mind (mood) entries

We collect this data directly from you (what you type or select in the app) and, with your explicit permission, from Apple Health on your device.

2. Why We Collect It

We collect and use consumer health data solely to provide and personalize the Service you request:

  • Generating personalized meditation content suited to how you feel

  • Personalizing the tone and pacing of meditations using your recent activity and sleep (if Apple Health is connected)

  • Showing you your own progress: mood trends, streaks, and mindful minutes

  • Providing the Oshn AI chat companion

We do not use consumer health data for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell it. We never have and never will sell your health data.

3. Sharing of Consumer Health Data

We share consumer health data only with service providers (processors) acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and protection obligations:

  • OpenAI (USA) — processes your emotional inputs and chat messages to generate meditation scripts and chat responses. Raw Apple Health measurements are never shared with AI providers

  • ElevenLabs (USA) — receives only the generated meditation script text to synthesize audio; it does not receive your health data

  • Supabase (database and authentication hosting) and DigitalOcean (audio file storage) — host our infrastructure where your data is stored

We do not share consumer health data with affiliates for their own purposes, with advertisers, or with data brokers.

4. Your Rights

If you are a resident of Washington or Nevada, you have the right to:

  • Know: confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data and access it, including a list of third parties with whom it was shared

  • Withdraw consent: stop the collection of Apple Health data (disconnect in the app or iOS Settings) and wipe the server-side health context instantly (Settings → Health in the app)

  • Delete: delete your consumer health data. Deleting your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) removes your health data from our production systems immediately; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days

To exercise any right, use the in-app controls above or email us at privacy@oshn-ai.com. We respond within the time required by applicable law. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; if the appeal is unsuccessful, Washington residents may contact the Washington Attorney General at atg.wa.gov.
