Getting Started

How do I create my first meditation?

Open the Oshn Meditation app and tap the "Create Meditation" button on the home screen. You can customize your meditation by selecting:

  • Your current mood
  • Specific concerns or focus areas
  • Meditation duration (5-30 minutes)
  • Background music preferences
  • Voice quality and style
Do I need an account to use the app?

Yes, you need to create a free account to access personalized meditations and track your progress. You can sign up with email or use Google Sign-In.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! New users get a 7-day free trial with full access to all premium features. No payment is required during the trial period.

Subscriptions & Billing

How do I manage my subscription?

To manage your subscription:

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Profile → Subscription
  3. Tap "Manage Subscription"
  4. You'll be redirected to your Apple subscription settings

You can also manage subscriptions directly from your iPhone:

Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Oshn Meditation

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel:

  1. Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  2. Find "Oshn Meditation"
  3. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you reinstall the app or switch devices:

  1. Open the app and log in with your original account
  2. Go to Profile → Subscription
  3. Tap "Restore Purchases"
What happens after my free trial ends?

After the 7-day free trial, you'll be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We accept any payment method linked to your Apple ID, including credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.

Using the App

How do I play a meditation?

After creating a meditation:

  1. Wait for the AI generation to complete (usually 30-60 seconds)
  2. The player will automatically open
  3. Tap the play button to start
  4. Use the controls to pause, adjust volume, or skip sections
Can I listen to meditations offline?

Currently, meditations require an internet connection to generate and stream. We recommend using WiFi for the best experience.

How do I track my mood?

After each meditation session, you'll be prompted to record your mood. You can also manually track your mood anytime:

  1. Go to the Home screen
  2. Scroll to the Mood Diary section
  3. Tap "Record Mood"
Where can I see my meditation history?

Tap the "History" tab at the bottom of the app to view:

  • All completed meditation sessions
  • Your meditation streak
  • Total meditation time
  • Mood statistics and patterns
Can I change the app language?

Yes, the app supports 10 languages:

  1. Go to Profile → Language
  2. Select your preferred language
  3. The app will update immediately

Supported languages: English, Russian, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Portuguese

Technical Issues

The app won't load or crashes on startup

Try these steps:

  1. Force close the app and reopen it
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Update to the latest version of the app
  4. Restart your device
  5. If the problem persists, contact support at support@oshn-ai.com
Meditation audio won't play

Check the following:

  1. Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  2. Check that your device volume is turned up
  3. Make sure Silent Mode is off
  4. Try closing and reopening the app
  5. Verify your subscription is active
I'm not receiving notifications

To enable notifications:

  1. Go to iPhone Settings → Oshn Meditation → Notifications
  2. Enable "Allow Notifications"
  3. In the app, go to Profile → Settings to customize notification preferences
The app is in the wrong language

Change the language:

  1. Go to Profile → Language
  2. Select your preferred language from the list
  3. The app will update immediately

Privacy & Security

How is my data protected?

We take your privacy seriously:

  • All personal data is encrypted and securely stored
  • Your meditation history and mood data are private to your account
  • We never share your personal information with third parties

Can I delete my account?

Yes, to delete your account:

  1. Contact us at support@oshn-ai.com with the subject "Delete My Account"
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. We'll process your request within 48 hours

Note: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your meditation history, mood data, and preferences. This action cannot be undone.

Do you integrate with Apple Health?

No, Oshn Meditation does not currently integrate with Apple Health or HealthKit.

Account Issues

I forgot my password

To reset your password:

  1. On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for reset instructions
  4. Follow the link to create a new password
I'm not receiving the verification email

Check the following:

  1. Look in your spam/junk folder
  2. Make sure you entered the correct email address
  3. Wait a few minutes - emails can be delayed
  4. Try requesting a new verification email
  5. Contact support@oshn-ai.com if you still haven't received it
Can I change my email address?

Yes, to change your email:

  1. Go to Profile → Settings → Account
  2. Tap "Change Email"
  3. Enter your new email address
  4. Verify the new email address
